Product Information The Bird in a Wreath Penny Rug is a reproduction of an 1852 Baltimore Presentation Quilt piece. The original quilt was made with elaborate appliqué on hand dyed homespun and also included baskets, fruit, cornucopias, an eagle, and even a steamboat. The finished penny rug is 21” in diameter.
